When you're ready, click the shopping cart icon at the top right to review your items. You can adjust quantities if needed, then proceed to checkout. At checkout, you will enter all your shipping and payment details in one secure step.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast dispatch. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lowellsydney.com.


Shipping Costs

At Lowell Sydney, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active.


Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (business days) are processed the same day
  • Many items are shipped directly from our suppliers
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and demand.


Missed Delivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually hold your parcel at a local collection point for up to 7 days. You will receive instructions from the courier regarding pickup.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are entered correctly.

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. If you believe you have entered incorrect details, please contact us immediately.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lowell Sydney is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
